Global Warranty App
The Motive of the product is to create a Claims Management system based on Salesforce Community and provide access to customer who can register the claim and can track the claim on the Warranty system and mobile app Key Integrations made between SAP-SAP PI-Salesforce to make this B2B Product
Task
To develop a system where customer can access to register their claims in Web app or on the go in mobile and make sure the claims are managed in Salesforce and linked to SAP for further action from Quality team.
And keep customer updated on the progress and status of each claim through email notification
Result and Business Impact
We have developed a system that allows customer to Manage their claims and we replaced a third- party system eJagger with our Warrant-e and we could save 500 thousand dollars yearly.
Deploying this system has resulted in response time of Claims coordinators from 15 days per claims to 3-4 days per claim which is 80% increase in response time.
Global Learning Management System
Integrating a cloud based LMS(Docebo) to Salesforce and to SAP. Customer can book their trainings in Salesforce and the course enrollment happens in the Docebo at the backend through API. Orders are parallelly created on SAP when a customer payment is successful which would generate Invoices to Customers
Task
To Integrate the Docebo LMS to salesforce where customer can register for the training and Customer orders are automated in SAP and Invoices are generated. We would need to establish the synchronous communication between Salesforce, Docebo and SAP.
Results and Business Impact
As we Automated most of the task that were manual like course enrollment, course creation and
publishing it enables the support team to concentrate of Course content creation and scrapping the old Training Management system PeDat.
We have reduced almost 45% of Manual task that involves Human Intervention
Intelligent Process Automation tool
Develop a inhouse Intelligent Process automation tool to handle repeative, manual task and replace it with the software bot. Software Bot development studio, Software Bot management - Orchestrator, Reporting, Cost saving calcultor were build as a part of Intelligent Process automation tool
